EHR integrations are an additional-cost service through Keragon. Directory availability does not guarantee every workflow, plan or data field is supported. EHR connections are an additional-cost service.

We use Keragon to connect supported EHR and practice-management workflows with GoHighLevel. Your quote covers the proposed connection and identifies any setup, platform or ongoing fees before implementation.

Keragon lists systems including AdvancedMD, athenahealth, Tebra and DrChrono. A listed connector does not establish that your specific workflow is supported: available actions, account access and data direction must be checked.

Know exactly what is connected.

Your proposal will name the connection method and what it actually does. A calendar handoff and a two-way record sync are different scopes.

Direct integration

A supported native connection between the named products. Confirm the exact account and feature coverage.

API integration

An approved API connection with defined fields, permissions, direction and update frequency.

Calendar integration

A supported calendar link or sync. Calendar availability does not mean clinical records are synchronized.

Webhook / middleware

A defined event passed through a reviewed endpoint or intermediary. It is not a native EHR connection.

Workflow integration

A coordinated process across systems, with clear ownership of updates and reconciliation.

Manual handoff

Your team receives and confirms the request in its existing tools. No automatic synchronization is implied.

Fit the work to your front desk.

Does this replace our EHR?

No. The plan is to support your patient-acquisition workflow around your existing clinical system. Any EHR connection is separately scoped and billed.

Do we have to change our phone system?

We review your current provider, routing, number ownership and missed-call events first. Forwarding, a supported connection or a staff handoff may be appropriate. No number is ported as part of an assumption.

Does appointment booking automatically update our EHR?

Only when the approved connection supports it and has been tested. Otherwise, the workflow gives staff a clear request to confirm in the existing schedule.

Will our team have another tool to learn?

We define who needs access, what work remains in the existing tools and who handles exceptions. Your launch includes the handoff and training for those responsibilities.

What happens if a connection is unavailable?

We identify the limitation before quoting the work and discuss a supported alternative or a manual handoff. We do not present an unavailable sync as an included feature.
