Why we started
The same gap, practice after practice
We've worked inside med spas, surgical practices, and weight-loss clinics, and we kept seeing the same thing. Good providers. Real demand. Marketing that was bringing people in. And then a gap between the first call and the booked appointment where a surprising number of those people just disappeared.
It wasn't the staff's fault. They were checking patients in, answering the phone, handling insurance questions, and being asked to chase every new inquiry by hand on top of all of it. That part usually falls outside what a marketing agency handles, because it isn't really marketing. So we built a company that does both.

We report on appointments and revenue, not clicks and impressions. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.
Compliance is part of the work.
Patient privacy, advertising claims, platform rules, and state board requirements are built in from the start, and we tell you when something needs your attorney.
Systems should fit the staff you have.
Anything we build has to work on your busiest day with your current team. If it only works when everyone remembers to do it, it isn't a system.
